MEET BEN "Lightning" ACOSTA

Champion Fighter and Fitness Expert

I’m a lifelong martial artist and professional fighter with titles in Muay Thai and kickboxing. I hold a 4th-degree black belt in American Kenpo, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and I train out of the world-renowned JacksonWink MMA. I’ve taught for Chuck Norris’ KICKSTART KIDS program, and I’m proud to help others unlock their strength — physically and mentally — every day.
